The Dynamic team are providing IT support services to the three organisations, and managing director James Baird is particularly pleased with the fast growth within the company’s IT division. He says:

“It's great to see that our focus on providing proactive IT support to the region’s businesses to help them run efficiently is already making vast improvements. Reliable and secure IT infrastructures are now the cornerstone of operations for the vast majority of organisations. Making sure IT systems work consistently and efficiently in the background so that businesses can focus on delivering their core products and services is our priority.

“We're also seeing more and more demand for specialist advice and support around IT security, as people read about high profile security breaches and the impact they can have on businesses. They're keen to make sure their commercial data is secure and that it doesn't happen to them.

“We have an incredibly experienced and capable team already in place to provide this advice and proactive IT support, with plans already underway to expand the team further making sure we maintain our primary focus on customer service as the business expands.”

Oliver Teodorani, managing director at Bibis Restaurants Ltd, says, “I was very impressed by the rapid, proactive and enthusiastic response from the Dynamic team. They are a highly knowledgeable team of professionals offering a quality service at a competitive price.”

The Dynamic Networks Group provides IT services and support; structured cabling systems and wireless networks; access control and security systems and business automation throughout Yorkshire and beyond.

Dynamic Networks completes a Management Buyout and commences its acquisition strategy.

"David Smith (CEO) and Gareth Leece (COO) have successfully completed an MBO of Dynamic Networks, working with Paul Landsman of Kingland Capital. The MBO provides for a simplification of the Board structure to allow for its continued accelerated growth strategy. The additional investment secured through Kingland Capital provides a significant fund for the Management Team to hire likeminded industry professionals in-line with its hiring plan and also acquire complimentary Cloud Managed Service Providers as they continue their objective to be one of the fastest growing MSP’s in the UK with a strong reputation for quality service. Further announcements to follow."
