As well as guaranteeing response times, we hold stores of hardware spares and have a team of dedicated engineers and technical staff on hand to resolve any IT issues quickly and efficiently.
In the event of server hardware failure, and where joint hardware and software contracts are in place, our priority is to get your systems back up and running as quickly as possible. We will coordinate all providers to make sure that all supported applications are restored to the most recent backup. We will also help with the re-installation of all supported applications if no suitable backups are available.
