Platinum rapid cover

We offer 24-hour support packages from our Leeds-based team between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm, and through our US/UK contact centre from 6.00pm to 8.00am. All contracts are also given our emergency UK-based mobile number, which is routed direct to a manager or senior engineer.

Platinum cover also includes:

  • Unlimited four hour onsite response callout
  • Guaranteed fix within 24 hours
  • Bi-annual periodic testing and reports
  • Unlimited phone, email, web and onsite support
  • Software updates - from patch releases through to major revision upgrades, which are typically completed annually.
