Education and Experience
- Answering inbound calls, directing calls and taking detailed messages.
- Being the initial point of contact for visitors.
- Signing for delivered packages and distributing to the appropriate recipient.
- Arranging meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments.
- Type correspondence, meeting minutes and forms among other documents.
- Monitor and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Export and send engineer job sheets.
- Management of company data within GDPR regulations
- Organising travel arrangements.
- Monitor online website chat (Tawk.to)
- Working with the Group Finance Manager on light accounting/admin duties.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Working with the Group Marketing Manager on light marketing tasks.
- Assist with event planning and implementation.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or another relevant administrative role.
- Microsoft office - intermediate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and advanced in Outlook.
- High aptitude with numeracy and literacy skills
- A friendly, bubbly and hospitable manner
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team and use your own initiative.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
