In the spotlight - Chris Wrigglesworth
This month we’re finding out more about Chris Wrigglesworth, our Project Manager for our Mechanical and Electrical Division.
In a few sentences, summarise your role
I’m responsible for the day to day running of all M&E activities on site at Dynamic Networks,
coordinating with principal contractors, sub-contractors and our own employees.
What does a typical day look like for you at work?
Although day to day work on a building site can differ, generally I set out tasks for each individual or team to complete for that day, conduct toolbox talks, completing quality control sign off documents, ordering materials & attending site meetings.
What’s the best thing about working at Dynamic?
The best thing about working at Dynamic is that we have a very supportive team and nothing is too much for anyone. We have a great working relationship with our clients and everyone puts 100% effort in to make sure our projects are delivered on time to quality standard.
What is the most difficult challenge you have been faced with in your career?
The most difficult time in my career would be the current climate. Due to the COVID19 outbreak it has made it a little more difficult to keep a constant supply of materials on site and due to the nature of some activities required we have had to put certain aspects of our projects on hold.
What’s your favourite project you have worked on?
The project I am currently working on in Leeds would be my favourite as it has been challenging yet enjoyable to see the whole Dynamic Networks team pull together to make sure we delivered a quality end product and on time.
What would you say to anyone who was considering applying for a job at Dynamic?
Dynamic is an amazing company to work for and you will be given the support you need to succeed.
What is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I enjoy walking, watching Motocross, British Super Bikes & also enjoy socialising with family & friends.
