In a few sentences, summarise your role
My role at dynamic networks is to provide our clients account management and to help resolve issues they are having working with the technical team. I also spend time with clients designing roadmaps which provide future upgrade paths which result in improved systems and efficiency’s.
I am also tasked to find new business using my technical skills to help identify areas where we can help new clients.
What does a typical day look like for you at work?
My typical day is broken up into 3 main areas.
Account management – calling clients and helping resolve account issues
Technical management – Providing solutions to clients who are having technical issues.
Sales – Working with the sales team to help grow the client base.
What’s the best thing about working at Dynamic?
The people I work with – they are all very supportive.
What is the most difficult challenge you have been faced with in your career?
The move from being a Technical\Install engineer to a more customer facing account role has been challenging but also very rewarding.
What would you say to anyone who was considering applying for a job at Dynamic?
Everyone is given the opportunity to learn and advance in their career, so if you have the right work ethic and attitude, you really can achieve a lot.
How do you like to recharge or take a break?
I like to spend time with my family – playing football with my son, going for long drives and building Lego!
