The 30-strong team has moved to Junxion House on Station Approach in Headingley after outgrowing its previous premises at Airedale House.

Dynamic is taking over 3,000 sq ft of space over three floors, which will eventually result in the creation of 10 new jobs.

James Baird, group CEO, said: “We are looking to add 10 new people to the team over the next 12 months in engineering, sales and account management roles for our networks and electrical division; technical and account management staff in our IT team; and apprentices across all areas of the business.

“The new office gives us room to grow, as well as space to expand our disaster recovery (DR) services.”

Dynamic has created a full disaster recovery suite, which includes a 20-seat temporary working office space as well as a Tier 2 Data Centre.

Baird added: “The DR suite complements our backup and data recovery services and gives clients somewhere to house their team, with access to the processes and tools they need for a fast, full and effective system recovery, should they ever need it.

“We are also looking to create a training room next year for staff and customers to meet the growing demand for IT and cyber security education.”

Dynamic Networks Group provides IT, cyber security, networks and automation services to organisations in the region and beyond. The firm grew by more than 60% last year and is forecasting a further 80% growth in 2018.
