Dan Broatch - ITMS Operations Manager

I bring over 25 years of experience across all facets of the IT industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with and leading diverse teams, and I find great fulfilment in managing people and helping them grow. Building strong customer relationships has always been a cornerstone of my approach—because in my view, the customer is king. Maintaining and growing business relies on trust, communication, and consistent delivery.
 
Outside of work, my world revolves around being a dad, it’s the best and most rewarding role I have. I also love rolling up my sleeves for DIY projects around the house, and coaching football. It gives me a real sense of purpose and connection. Another deep passion of mine is being a life long Liverpool FC fan. The red shirts, the anthem, the highs and lows, it’s more than just football to me, it’s part of who I am.
