Forget the three musketeers… in this blog post it’s all about the three-dynamic network-eteers! Okay that’s a terrible play on words, but what’s not terrible, is the three new staffing appointments we’ve recently made at Dynamic…
Three new faces join our growing team
As always at Dynamic Networks, things never stand still for long and having only moved into our new offices just last year, the time felt right to start filling up the space with some extra pairs of hands. Just recently we have welcomed a new Marketing Assistant, Senior Accounts Assistant and a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer.

In this blog post we’re are going to introduce you to each of them one by one and explain a little bit more about why we decided they are made of the right stuff to be a dynamic network-eteer!

Three New Team Members - Dynamic Networks Group

As is tradition, we’ll start with ladies first and introduce Sarah Baugh, our new Marketing Assistant. This is a very privileged position as Sarah will be working directly with our Group CEO, James Baird. It’s a vast and varied role that will see Sarah handling all of the marketing responsibilities for the business, including liaising with third parties, getting social on social media and even taking care of print collateral and office décor!

Luckily, Sarah is very well prepared for this role thanks to her three years of experience gained through her Business Management and Marketing degree and other work experience. How did we know Sarah was a good fit for Dynamic Networks? Her positive attitude and “can do” approach of course. We have high hopes for Sarah’s future with the business and using her fresh approach to marketing methods and new ideas, alongside a priority to achieve impressive growth targets, we are sure she’ll be moving towards a managerial role in no time.

Next up is Ryan Cook, our new Senior Accounts Assistant. He’ll be working in the finance department alongside our veteran finance expert Sarah Mills. With over 8 years’ experience including management experience, Ryan is perfectly equipped for this new position. We’re excited to see what new ideas he brings to the team, as well as his extensive knowledge, and we are certain his positive attitude and quirky approach will ensure he fits in with the team seamlessly.

Last but by no means least is the introduction to Luke Blackstone, our 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, working in the (you guessed it) IT Support department here at Dynamic. Luke will be reporting to our in-house IT guru Steve Sutcliffe and he will be responsible for providing the efficient remote and onsite IT support we’re known for, to our clients located throughout the UK.

It’s a big responsibility but we have no doubt Luke will handle it brilliantly thanks to his previous six years’ worth of experience as an IT support technician and service desk analyst. He’s bringing to the business excellent customer service, a rich knowledge base of IT software and some serious technical know-how too.

All three of these appointments are a key step towards the continued success of the business and we’re excited to watch them develop as part of the wider Dynamic team. If you think you’d be a good fit for our fast paced and exciting company, why not explore our other current vacancies?

Dynamic Insights & advice

Dynamic Networks completes a Management Buyout and commences its acquisition strategy.

"David Smith (CEO) and Gareth Leece (COO) have successfully completed an MBO of Dynamic Networks, working with Paul Landsman of Kingland Capital. The MBO provides for a simplification of the Board structure to allow for its continued accelerated growth strategy. The additional investment secured through Kingland Capital provides a significant fund for the Management Team to hire likeminded industry professionals in-line with its hiring plan and also acquire complimentary Cloud Managed Service Providers as they continue their objective to be one of the fastest growing MSP’s in the UK with a strong reputation for quality service. Further announcements to follow."
