Founded in 2007, CCTVdirect have since become one of Europe's leading distributors of world-class CCTV equipment and alarms to trade installers.
When they were looking for a way to route calls to remote workers, that wasnt possible with their old IDSN based Avaya system, they came to Dynamic to install an improved VoIP solution that could be quickly implemented in response to the Covid-19 lockdown.
Our Dynamic Solution
Our fully managed, Hosted VoIP Telephony Solution is based on industry leading technology and has all the features required for a modern business to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
The VoIP solution is stored in a secure purpose-built data centre and is designed to make a total of 16 sumltaneous calls with 12 if those being external at any one time. Most hosted solutions are priced per user, our solution is priced per simultaneous call, giving them the flexibility to add and remove user extensions without incurring extra costs. The pricing also includes inclusive call minutes with our SIP trunks to UK landline and mobiles (4000UK Landline and 2000 mobile minutes with each trunk).
