Dynamic Networks adds 5th Utility to its growing Managed Services Group
Dynamic Networks Group has acquired 5th Utility, a specialist provider of managed IT and digital infrastructure services to UK organisations. The transaction represents Dynamic’s third acquisition and further strengthens the Group’s capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, and modern workplace services.
The acquisition forms part of a broader strategy to build a scaled managed services platform with strong technical depth, disciplined operations, and a consistently high customer satisfaction profile. 5th Utility brings a well-established team of engineers with expertise in Microsoft 365, cloud migration, remote support, and long-term infrastructure management.
Gareth Leece, Managing Director of Dynamic Networks Group, said:
"5th Utility has earned a strong reputation for service reliability and technical quality. Their approach to customer care fits naturally with our own values and the wider direction of the Group. This acquisition strengthens our capabilities, strengthens our footprint in the area, and supports our ambition to build a platform focused on best-in-class IT services for the SME and mid-market sector."
Chris Dickinson, Managing Director of 5th Utility, commented:
"We are proud of the business we’ve built, the excellent team we have created and the trust we’ve earned from our customers. Joining Dynamic presents an exciting new chapter for the team and for the clients we support. The alignment in culture, service philosophy, and commitment to doing things properly made this a compelling fit."
