Dynamic Networks Group continues its expansion plans as Ambico joins the Group
Dynamic Networks Group continues its expansion as Ambico Services, a London-based IT Managed Service Provider, joins the group. The move strengthens Dynamic's national presence and builds on the London footprint established through the Penntech merger, marking the latest step in the group's ongoing growth strategy as it pursues its ambition to become a market leader in IT managed services.
Ambico has established itself as one of the fastest growing MSPs in the UK, with a roster of high-quality customers across a range of sectors, as evidenced by the business almost doubling its revenue organically over the past two years. Matt Sreetharan and Jonathon Blanks will remain central to the group, continuing to lead the Ambico team and playing an active role in the group's growth - joining a leadership team already strengthened by the Penntech merger.
To help deliver this transaction and its continued growth strategy, Dynamic has partnered with Triple Point to support its financing requirements, providing the financial platform to accelerate the group's growth ambitions going forward.
Gareth Leece, MD of Dynamic Networks, commented:
"This is a genuinely exciting moment for the group. Welcoming Ambico strengthens our national presence and extends the breadth of solutions we can offer clients. It builds on the momentum we've already created with Penntech, and I'm particularly pleased that Matt and Jonathon are staying on - they've built something exceptional and their continued leadership will be invaluable as we grow together."
Matt Sreetharan and Jonathon Blanks, of Ambico, commented:
"It was the right time to take the next step as part of a larger group, and Dynamic Networks were a natural fit, their focus on the customer, quality of service and company values aligned closely with our own. This is a coming together of two like-minded businesses, not a change of direction. Our team, our relationships and our commitment to our customers remain exactly as they are."
