Jack Francis - Account Manager

I have over three years of experience in the IT industry and have been an Account Manager at Dynamic for just over a year, supporting customers with tailored solutions, helping them grow, and holding regular meetings. I enjoy getting involved in the technical side whenever I can to expand my knowledge. Prior to this, I spent three years in car sales, which gave me a strong background in customer service.

Unlike my colleague James, who hasn’t yet transitioned to “grown-up” drinks, I’m a big fan of a good cup of tea—specifically Yorkshire Tea.

Outside of work, I pursue my passion for photography, specialising in weddings and professional business headshots. I love staying creative and always look forward to being part of people’s special moments!
