Dynamic Networks Group Continues Its Expansion
Dynamic Networks Group continues its expansion with the acquisition of Peak Support Services Ltd, a Derbyshire based Cloud MSP.
Dynamic Networks completes a Management Buyout and commences its acquisition strategy.
David Smith (CEO) and Gareth Leece (COO) have successfully completed an MBO of Dynamic Networks, working with Paul Landsman of Kingland Capital. The MBO provides for a simplification of the Board structure to allow for its continued accelerated growth strategy. The additional investment secured through Kingland Capital provides a significant fund for the Management Team to hire likeminded industry professionals in-line with its hiring plan and also acquire complimentary Cloud Managed Service Providers as they continue their objective to be one of the fastest growing MSP’s in the UK with a strong reputation for quality service. Further announcements to follow.

End to End Building Energy Management
Driving costs down for global construction firm
Building Energy Management
Working with a global construction business
Dynamic Networks were successfully awarded a total energy management project for a global construction business. The project revolved around total energy consumption of the build phase of their construction projects.
The Dynamic solution
Our ambition was to reduce out of hours (non-working hours) to a target of 20% of the maximum daily usage. This was achieved within just 6 months of implementation by producing monthly email reports to site managers, area directors and the environmental teams.
League tables were developed regionally to encourage competition to continuously reduce non-necessary, wasteful energy consumption.
Initial consultation and audits uncovered a need for an energy management software solution that provides detailed analysis and reporting of the total energy consumption.
Dynamic monthly reports were created and automated in order to inform key energy representatives within the business of the total energy performance for each construction project. These detailed reports enabled the regional environmental management team to manage and control performance of their sites on a regular basis.
By combining data collection hardware, energy management software and supporting energy management services, Dynamic provided the end to end energy management solution required by the customer with the added benefit that the solution could be uninstalled when a project concludes and reinstalled on a new project as it begins, therefore reducing costs significantly.
The software is then fully reconfigured using data from the new construction project allowing the total solution to be transferred after project completion. This provides an extremely cost effective solution.
